Update.
It is november 3rd 2016 as I'm typing this. Earth is still populated by an incredible amount of fuckheads. Stupid shit continues to hit the fan. Some breweries still produce nice beer. A few awesome people are organising gigs instead of wasting their time on "social" media bullshit-accumulating, mind-numbing, ego-trip-promoting, lie-to-the-world-and-especially-to-yourself websites. So no reason for us, in Idiot Convention, to call it a day yet. We'll keep playing some shows every once in a while. Probably at least one in 2017. Maybe more. Maybe even beyond 2017. So if you are in need of an almost Grammy Award quality level band, try to contact us and we'll try to entertain you. Until then: don't let the assholes take over. Read some books. release show
So we will be playing a show to celebrate te release of our "Choppin' many suckers" EP.
On friday the 12th of february 2016, we will be f*cking something up at café 't Karrewiel in Merchtem. That something could be ourselves, you, our songs, your relationship,... Whatever. Entrance will cost you 0 euro and the Priceduifkes will be playing too. All this at a bar with lots of excellent beers. Yippie ki-yay! And if we don't forget them at home, the EP's will be for sale at the gig.

Choppin' Many Suckers EP is ready to buy buy buy and sell sell sell!
After years of slacking, it finally happened: recordings from 2013 of songs written years before that were pressed onto pink vinyl seven inches earlier in 2015 and today they were shoved in their printed sleeves that arrived on the doorstep of the IxC headquarters yesterday! Holy shit. Didn't see that one coming did you?
These records will be sold for 5 euro each at our shows. And yes, we are losing money on this one, so thanks for not asking. Ask our drummer if you want to buy one. While we are at it: maybe we should play some more shows if we don't want to spend the rest of our lives with 107 unsold EP's... So if you want us to play at your show, drop us a line. It might aswell become the official release party of this super swell record!
